Photobook Design Agreement

and Shari Dutkin ("Designer"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".

​

 

**Scope of Work:**

1. The Designer agrees to create a photo book for the Client, based on the agreed-upon specifications outlined below and in email correspondence.

​

​**Compensation:**

2. The Client agrees to pay the Designer a Total fee of $450- Deposit of $200. Remaining balance of $250 upon completion of the photo book/prior to print, payable by Venmo/Zelle. Basic shipping included. If special shipping needed, that would be at cost of Client.

 

**Intellectual Property:**

3. The Client acknowledges that all rights, title, and interest in the photo book, including but not limited to any copyrights, shall belong to the Client upon receipt and acceptance of the final product. The Designer retains no rights to the photo book once payment has been received.

 

**Delivery:**

4. The Designer agrees to deliver the completed photo book to the Client no later than discussed date.

**Revisions:**

5. The Designer agrees to make reasonable revisions to the photo book, free of charge, within 10 days of the Client's preview. Additional revisions requested beyond this timeframe may incur additional charges, to be agreed upon by both Parties in writing.

 

**Termination:**

6. Client shall pay the Designer the full amount of the Photobook, if Client terminates this agreement.

 

**Entire Agreement:**

7. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

 

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.
